1) ONLINE PURCHASE
Making an online purchase is easy. Just follow the below simple steps:

Shop by browsing through our Site.
Click on the image or view details to access the individual item's page where you will be given the details of the item.
Add item to your shopping cart by clicking on the 'Please add to my shopping cart' button near the desired item.
Review the items you have chosen in your shopping cart. To delete an item from your shopping cart, click on the 'Remove item' button next to the item.
Resume shopping after viewing your shopping cart. Click the 'Continue browsing' button.
Proceed to purchase to finalize your purchases and follow the instructions.

2) PURCHASE BY FAX

In order to make an order by fax, kindly print out your order after you had made your check out. , then fax to us at +604-6386318. It is that simple and we will process your order from once we have received your order.

There is no minimum order quantity, so please feel free to order as little as you wish.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship nationally and internationally. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive your payment. Your items will be sent out within 2 working days, except weekend and public holiday. For custom orders, our delivery times range from 2 to 4 weeks (Depending on the item design and quantity requested). Please plan in advance so that your jewelry will arrive on time. You will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped out.

Charges within Malaysia
Malaysia delivery charges depend to the weight of goods ordering.

Charges Outside Malaysia
All orders with a shipping address outside Malaysia will incur an extra charges for Postage & Packing.This is to simply insure the safe delivery of your package. The free postage offer is not available outside Malaysia. Please choose the Delivery Method. We will not sent goods to the country which not list in Delivery Method.

CUSTOMS REQUIREMENT
